Be careful what you ask for!

Cause you might just get it! And Thank God for it!

WOW is all I can say, well if you knew me you would know that is a fib. I always have a lot to talk about. Gift of Gab my granny always said! Rejoicing in the fact that for about five weeks my business has been very slow and all my efforts were proving to be without reward! Three Sundays ago at church, our pastor invited us to lay down any needs and just stop worrying about them. We prayed for my business! That it would flourish! Well now, all at once, just about everyone of my customers experienced a flood of orders which meant they needed my help! And two prospects turned into customers and Companies are calling left and right for quotes and visits to their plants! I AM ECSTATIC. What a response. Brings way new meaning to "Ask and ye shall receive" Glory!

And in the midst of all of this My daughter gave birth to a beautiful healthy baby Girl! Another blessing! I took a few days off work to help her out.....And I am still managing to get it all done with a smile! God is Good!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you give God Glory in the presence of others?

At a skating party last night I was asked a lot of questions from someone who is known to be the "nibby" and "gossipy" type. Anyway, nothing to be ashamed about so I entertained the conversation and when I spoke of again how God is so good and we are so blessed, others around (Christian folk) were rolling their eyes. I was asked why is everything a blessing to you, why do you always have to say "Thank the Lord" I was taken back, cause these are the same people who are trying to get me to leave my church and come to theirs.

My bible tells me to...And I am nothing without Christ..Therefore all that is good is from him. GLORY! That was my answer. I know I must have had the most peculiar look on my face. DA? I still have that look on my face.

I stumbled upon this quote and felt it appropriate.

We experience many inter and intra-personal encounters every day and these
moments of interaction offer the most readily available place to live our faith.

These moments, whether fleeting exchanges with strangers or enduring ones
with our families and friends, are opportunities to either bless or curse. ...
by Jerry L. Harber, D. Min

I choose to BLESS!

Anyone experience these type of people?
