I knew I didn't like that idea

I remember grumbling over the debit card thing when I heard about it....check out our tax dollars at work

I think my comment was "how can they possibly maintain that? Why can't our government learn from the abuse the welfare cards get? Surely there is a way they can mark the card to be used appropriately...like food, clothes, diapers, etc. Who wasn't thinking on this one?
