Allegiance Pledge Debate

The House resolved by a vote of 383-31 to express the sense of Congress that the US Supreme Court should speedily find the use of the Pledge of Allegiance in schools to be constitutional. This was all brought on by some dude in California who renewed a legal challenge because he didn't think his daughter should be subjected to reciting the words "under God" in the class room (read about this at www.nwyc.com)

I suppose they do not spend money...doesn't it all have our glorious God's name on it?

What would he rather have her saying? Oh lucifer thanks for your destruction, drug addictions, hunger, and hatred.

I just cannot fathem where these people come from. To me it is a no brainer. How is Satan and what he represents worthy of anyone following him? EVIL

I guess that's assuming that this california guy does...cause if you are not with God or for him...your against him...right ? or does he just think we evolved?

First off, Kim, thank you for posting on my blog. =)

I also think that this guy has his head in the dirt. That is what what not knowing God does. It causes blindness. You know that we see things dimmly, but can you imagine how someone who isn't saved sees things? It must be all clouded. He needs Jesus. It is just sad though.
If one person can raise so much stink over one thing, then how much more can Christians do about other issues and we are more than one person. You know? And, we have God on our side.

Don't you wish that our justice system would come down on the idiotic money hungry attorneys that take these types of cases? I mean the people are kind of like teenagers, they will try to get away with anything they can, so if the attorneys and Judges would be more critical than our justice system could have the time to take care of what is really important, like murder, and rape, and child molestation. But instead these people get out on bail, postpone hearings, do more crime, get out on bail, yaddy yaddy yaddy.
You know I have always wondered why our schools, government, etc. are so afraid of these type of people. They seem to always be afraid of offending them...what about us? I take BIG offense to not giving our glorious GOD all of the praises he deserves!
